Sexing Silkies 🤦‍♀️ I need your help

I have 2 silkies, 6 weeks old from the Easter hatch-a-long. Are they pullets or cockerels? I have no experience with silkies whatsoever This is my first time .

The white one is a cockerel. The black one appears to be also but I'm a little hesitant to say for sure.

I was thinking by the size of the comb the white one was a cockerel, but it displays no cockerel behaviours at all Thank you for your reply

My silkie rooster is very docile and calm. He really showed no cockerel behavior like some of my others did early on either.

This is my first time with silkies, I ordered eggs hoping to get showgirl’s, but with a possibility of getting silkies. I’ve always had a fear of silkies (I got attacked by one as a child and found them very flighty) but these two are absolutely lovely, like I say, I have no knowledge so I appreciate your help.

No problem! I'm not an expert by any means but I've enjoyed having silkies in my flock. One out of my 3 are a little flighty but once you pick her up, she loves snuggles. I currently have bachelor pad and even though he's the smallest, he's the toughest.
