Sexing young chick

So I’m aware they have to be at least 6 weeks to sex but I just heard that apparently if they are something called a red sex link they can be sexed young.
I believe this chick came from my White leghorn (and the rooster is a Rhode Island Red)
Does anyone know if this is a boy or girl?

Cute chick.
Coloring does not look like this chick came from your leghorn.
I do not think this cross is a sex link even so, due to the dominant white.
Wait and see what more knowledgeable have to say.

Thanks for this, I wasn’t certain it was from the leghorn.
However I’m now very confused as I have 3 hens it could be (besides the leghorn), a black hen, a grey one and a brown one. Unfortunately one egg didn’t make it and the chick inside was brown so I assume that’s the brown ones chick. I have a hatched black chick that’s from the black hen. And then I assumed if it was from the grey one the chick would be grey.
i guess it’s just a case of time as it gets more feathers

Based off the feathers in the picture it’s definitely a Roo. Feather sexing is pretty spot on

Haha! I thought this was a current post until I saw the fully grown pic, but was going to guess Roo based on the pointy, scimitar shaped wing tips & lack of butt plumage that usually ends up being male. Pretty cool Beautiful rooster too!
