Our white turkeys are about a month old. Is there any way to tell the gender?

I could tell the gender of my two BBW when they were around a month just because of the size difference. But that was where I got lucky, male and female, so I could compare. Otherwise I think turkeys are very difficult to sex, when their snood gets big and their heads get all red you'll know for sure if it's male.

We have 3 but weren’t able to catch the other lol. I’m hoping at least one is female and at least one is male though!

Any visible size differences? I mean, sometimes it's just a fluke, one's growing slower than the other, but sometimes you can tell the difference or at least get a gut feeling.

While people that are very familiar with their own turkeys can often start telling the sex at one month old, it is far too young to tell their sex from photographs.

Turkeys that are not late developers can start to be sexable from photos at 3 months old and definitely by 6 months old if they aren't late developers.
