Hi all been a long time..
in fact almost a year since i last hatched my white sussex chickens!.
now im looking to hatch either some sussex rhodies or plymouth rocks but i want to know how to sex the chicks at a early age as i wont be able to keep any cockerels! thanks

Unless they're a feather sexing breed you would need to vent sex which takes years to perfect.
One other option, if they're a fast feathering line, is to look at the flight feathers on 1-2 day olds. The pullets will have 2 different lengths of feathers and cockerels will have a single length.
