SG plus silkie would make...

Yes- except for "no bowties".. there's a possibility you will have some show up, just not guaranteed.

The totally bare neck genetics is not too well known. It's extremely oft stated that only the totally bare necked birds are the ones 'pure' for the naked neck gene but it really is not that simple.

There are many birds that indeed are pure for naked neck but still have tiny bow ties. I don't know what exactly it is that helps some birds achieve totally bare necks(would love to know).. The total bare necks are pure for the gene, but apparently there's "something else added" for that.

I suspect the presence of rose comb and/or pea comb genes play a factor, as pea comb is known to have a side effect of reducing the overall number of feathers on a bird and in my own experience, crossing a naked neck with a pea combed bird does give birds that are either a little or a lot more naked than with a single combed bird. From this, I'm sort of guessing/wondering if the presence of total bare necked in(at lease some..) showgirls is due to the combination of naked neck, rose comb and/or pea comb genes.

Silkies call for walnut combs, which is genetically a combination of pea and rose comb genes.. however a lot of silkies actually have only the rose comb, but highly modified so they look like a walnut comb.

If you already have the "necessary birds".. you can still go ahead with your plan, perhaps those will show up but either if you do and none show up or decide to get a new bird, getting a bird from a line that throws total bare necks couldn't hurt.

Yes it is a good lesson in learning genetics and have fun!

Bearded + non-bearded will usually result in a poor beard. With selective breeding you can go in either direction: good beard or non-bearded. I have seen judges be really picky about calling a poorly bearded bird non-bearded.

With two or more generations you can breed to achieve the "no tux" look--select for the least tux (amongst all the other things you're selecting for).
