ok so i have a few pics of our critters that we are hope are expecting for 2012.. and their due dates.. i will include a pic of the daddys too!
we will start with the horses, since they are the closest, and i havent gotten pics of the goats yet
Sierra Golds Kiwi Cash is a coming 5 year old 31 inch palomino pinto stallion he covered 3 mares this year
Cash:
So we bred him to Nadeans legacy a 8 year old 32 inch black pinto mare. last year this cross produced a homozygous filly!
Lacey:
lacey is due march 9
i am 100% sure she is preggers lol
then we also have Midget ranches little angel a coming 5 year old 35 inch bay roan mare. angel also has appy mottling around her eyes and nose. Angel is a maiden, this will be her first foal
Angel:
angel is one where i go maybe she is prego one day and the next day i dont think she is. after christmas we are sending blood in to see. angel is due in may
we also bred him to Small Delights Dark Angel, a 9 year old 37 inch black mare. "tanner" has a lot of appy lines but no mottling. she is another that im not sure if she is bred or not, this our second year trying to breed her to cash. tanner has had 2 foals both black and white tobianos.she is due the middle of may
ok then our senior stallion, Mountain Meadows Super Tramp a33 inch 20 Year old Black pinto Stallion
"tramp' has had Numerous national champions, we have one filly by him she was born in 2010 and she was really sick, you remember GiGI? she is the only solid foal Tramp has ever had!
we bred him to
Nellies lil Casey a 16 year old 37 inch silver dapple mare
"casey" has had around 7 foals, but only one for us.she came to us bred 5 years ago . she had a nice silver dapple filly. she is due the end of april
lol i am pretty sure she is preggers!
we also bred him to our mare "twitch' a 36 inch Grey mare(cant remember her rgistered name at the moment, not enough coffee) Twitch has had 3 foals that i know of and she is 12 years old. the last 2 years she has had 2 stud colts out of our other stallion, Cash!
twitch isnt due till july 2nd
then we bred him to Missy a 10 year old 37.75 inch blue roan mare with tons of appy mottling(mom to Midget ranches little angel)she is due the first of may
i am pretty sure she is bred... she is sure getting big!
ok so what are your guesses? any ideas on what colors we could get?
