Whether it's a hot water bottle or a diaper with hot water in it, something warm on her stomach will help. Do you have any medicine like Tylenol? If you do, ask your parents if she can have some. Hopefully she'll be able to sleep for a bit. The poor girl I've been sick like that a few times, it's not fun.
