Each line could be given to a different cats.
For example:
Cloudfall dreams, "Out of the flames
change will come"
(Maybe meaning that if NFB agrees, the current leader dies and Cloudfall becomes leader.)

Meadowsong dreams, "out of the terror
life will come"
(Maybe that means that Meadowsong happens to be passing through Terrorclan territory, trying to escape with Blackpine? Meadowsong ends up having 3 kits there, 2 are stillborn. that makes her realize that she wants her kit to be a clan cat, so she brings the kit back to Flameclan.)

And maybe Ravenwhisper could dream, "in the midst one will come to save us all the one the one"
(meaning that maybe Ravenwhisper will mentor the kit? The kit will be 'the one' to save the clans I guess. She trains the kit to become one of the greatest warriors of all time, and develops a close bond with the kit.)

Suddenly, there was a warm breeze. Cloudfall opened her eyes just a slit before they shot open with surprise. She was laying in the middle of a grassy meadow with the warm scents of greenleaf flowing around her. Cloudfall got to her paws slowly and looked around. Am I dreaming? she wondered. Suddenly, a tiny pawstep sounded from behind her. Cloudfall whipped around to see a tiny gray kit looking up at her.
"S-Stonekit?" Cloudfall stammered. "Oh... my brother!"
Stonekit bounced up to her, his eyes glittering. "I have something to tell you," he said in a high, squeaky voice.
"What? What do you have to tell me?" Cloudfall drank in his scent, comforting and achingly familiar.
He recited at top speed, "Out of the flames, change will come!"
"Huh?" Cloudfall asked, confused. "Stonekit, what do you mean?"
"You're dreaming," he laughed. "Come on sis, haven't you figured that much out? You're dreaming. Welcome to StarClan!"
"Am I dead?" she asked, alarmed.
Stonekit giggled. "No, silly!" he scolded her. "You're not dead. Not yet anyway. Everyone dies at some point. Your time hasn't come yet, you have too much to do to die now. But remember what I told you! And don't doubt yourself, always ask for help when you need it. You can't do everything on your own, and you don't have to. And remember: Out of the flames, change will come!"
Cloudfall wanted to call out but it was too late. She opened her eyes to find herself laying in her mossy nest, with the black sky beginning to grow ever so slightly lighter.
