Shake a leg!

My rooster shakes his leg and does a funny sideways walk near the girls when he wants to mate. Is this normal? I haven't seen any posts on this. Or is my Steven Tyler just unique?

He might even drop his wing down too as he does the circle dance of love(more like lust but this is a family thread).

Sometimes he does....he does a little special clucking, too. It makes me laugh.....but he always gets chicks, haahaaa!

In reply, it's very normal. My roosters do that, and all roosters I've ever seen do that.

He is, too! Today some friends came over and he screeched, just cuz, and I said, "Steven Tyler." OH!
