Hello everyone, Im new to this and would like this question answering please!! I have 24 hens and the majority of them shake thier head after drinking water. I have changed drinkers, lowered it, highered it, ensured it is level etc etc!! but the problem is they are shaking water all over the floor and around the shed. Obviously my concern is the constant wet floor area and I dont want the shed rotting. Does anyone know if this is normal behaviour or amy suggestions of what I could do to reduce it.
Thanks in advance

This is normal. They are shaking the water out of there nose and it helps clean their nose. I don't keep water in my coop, I keep it outside, I haven't had any luck trying to keep it inside, the water would get spilled.
