Share a half dozen day olds just outside of Boston, Mass?

Hoping to add to my brood with Fall chicks. Local store has chicks, but state minimum is 6 when purchasing from store. Anyone else interested in a few new day-olds soon or pullets later on? I'm in a small town SW Boston.

IF you don't find anyone you could technically convert the extras to meat at about 7 or 8 weeks. And it would be more efficient than buying beef or chicken in the store.

But I do like your idea of sharing them more. This seems the best route. I only state the other option if nothing else comes up.

We may be able to take them as pullets, depending on the breed.
