They don’t have red heads, you can’t name em Fred and George.The twins of mischief maybe i should name them fred and george, who gets it , it is not easy to get a normal pic of them so i blasted over 30 and kept 30, so wanted to enter that contest for may baby but mine didnt hatch till may 3rd at 930 pm and deadline was may 2nd, these two hatched early and late on may 8th little one was the late one.

In the US, grocery store quail eggs are generally coturnix, or Japanese, quail. I’m only guessing the same would be true for you.The reason why we have no idea is that Chop was hatched from a supermarket egg.

White (with or without black spot) is a common colour variation. From the stuff in your pictures, he looks about the right size. Does he make a cricket-chirping noise?
