Neighbor down the lane has two unsecured pitbulls. Thankfully everyone survived but they were shaken up. This was back in November, the dogs have since killed neighborhood goats and a miniature pony. While there is no hard evidence other than proximity so animal control couldn't do anything, thankfully the owner has voluntarily surrendered them. It's a shame they couldn't take care of their animals enough. But I feel safer now as an actual parent and chicken parent. Anyway just wanted to share my shark attack pictures.

Ripped the plank out, was screwed in.
This was the focus of their attacks, smart guys attacked the two entry points, they placed their paws up on the nesting box, bit the roof and yanked.
Can't stress how heavy duty these hinges are. The roof is HEAVY! Couldn't bend these by hand, dogs bent the crap out of them.
So glad I used more expensive materials to make it look nice =\
Thankfully they never came back, after this I reinforced everything to make it even more like Fort Cluck. Setup a cam, but they never came back, had some foxes walk around a few times but never tried anything.
