Shaws call duck incubation thread (hatch a wonderful(worthless to Ralphie) dux thread)

I do try to be hands off unless necessary, but I only had 3 and they shrinkwrapped, been talking with WV and Pyxis throughout yesterday afternoon and evening. I think it was just to weak. But Idk for sure.

That shrink wrapping Vacuums. I hate it. Even with 75% humidity it can occur. I have yet to understand why one does it and another doesn't. I think it is the biggest killer of chicks there is.

I was having bad issues with humidity from the time they went into lockdown. It was perfect until then. But it took 2 days to get to finally hit 67% and then once yesterday it hit 70..

Wow, talking about anal OCD!!!!!!

I never worry about a half degree. It just shortens or lengthens the time a tad.
That's my point though, maybe they are a bit slow due to low temp. I know I'm close to right. Anal OCD because
1. Dux are so precious, must not take any chances. Ever.
2. Haven't hatched in years. No clue what I'm doing here.
3. Brand new bators I don't know. Not properly custom built with alarms and attendants as dux deserve.
