No.. It's where the yolk is absorbed into the abdomen. Bellybutton so to speak...

Unabsorbed yolk it will adsorb but takes a while has to be kept on very clean soft cloth so if they move around they don't snag it on something and rupture it. That is what they live on for a few days.

In these two the yolk was absorbed fully, what you see in the pic is the abdomen slightly extended and the opening not completely closed yet.

And I thinks it's a bit harder to see in the pic so it looks like yolk. And to be honest it I'm telling what it appear to be when I look at it.. so I could be wrong...
