Just thought id show you guys how big my tail-less call duck has gotten! Suspected female, I was unable to vent sex. She has one little tail feather so far and two white spots on her chin/cheeks. Im wondering what gene caused that. She looks like a bowling ball and sometimes she gets stuck upsidedown.View attachment 1355433View attachment 1355434

Me too... I woke up out of the blue at 3 and checked on the babies...

I was up at 6 to check. Before work. Dentist appointment after work. .another long day ahead. And it's raining.
And I almost forgot I could have calls hatching under my brood y in the palace any day. When I called last week their were 5 viable eggs. Then she rolled one out over the weekend and it had a blood ring in it. So there is only 4. I think the other girls have added to her nest while she goes swimming. . it looked like more eggs in there to me yesterday
Poor mama has been sitting forever I'll feel sorry for her if she doesn't get at least one.
