Shaws call duck incubation thread (hatch a wonderful(worthless to Ralphie) dux thread)

Well it was an exciting day at work today. Power went out for a few minutes. . then My convection oven tried to blow up . .fireworks and sparks blowing out at me from inside the panel where all the switches are!
I'm so sleepy I can't see straight and I have to get chores done and get ready go to the board meeting tonight.
I wanted to set eggs tonight but I still haven't got the incubator sterilized yet.
Question. . is it ok to set eggs that were laid today or do they really NEED to rest a bit?

also. . do y'all think this is an ok spot to put the incubator. . no sun shines in the Windows on it. But it is close to the Windows. . it was a pita bending over to mess with it down on that other table I had it on.
