There are 273 law makers in DC that disagree, which happens to be enough to make it so.

Besides we now issue birth certificates without the sex box filled out so the “baby” can decide later what he or she is. And it is just a small step to leaving the year of birth blank so I can decide the year of birth.

So considering facts are fluid, I have decided I am a 25 year old female today. ( which happens to be the average age of playboy playmates and average age of old rich geezers who about to die next wife.
