I gotta go cook dinner for papa bear. Ribs, sauerkraut, stuffed baked potatoes, creamed spinach. I made greens in the crock pot last year, but it almost killed him. Creamed spinach tonight. I dont eat the ribs, but it will be good. I'll check back later.

Could you explain how in a Southie’s mind creamed spinach is better or any different from greens?

2021 ain’t been nice so far... we’ve been living Amish style since 5:30 this morning due to an ice storm...

I just mean without electricity, we’re not selling handmade furniture or marrying cousins yet...

Anyway I brought up the generator and Turkey decided he’d help me unload it in exchange for an extension cord and heater run to his tree.

Could you explain how in a Southie’s mind creamed spinach is better or any different from greens?

Not better, sometimes easier to cook or different from everyday greens. I'm not cooking the spinach with the pork. You would need pork with greens. Spinach is creamed with half and half. the only similarity is it is green!
