Correct, if there is nothing between the QUOTES, nothing will show up. If you want the quote to show up, just put a period between the QUOTES.

Nah, just snap their little necks. Puts the mice out of their misery fast so that they don't have to deal with another little rodent coming along and eating them while they're helpless.
Really far more human to just snap. Snap and flush (or treat the chickens).


(I just realized how ruthless this sounds. )
