Ahhh I misunderstood.. I forget not everyone can delete their own comments.

I have no idea but there is an ignore button you are free to use anytime you find a user you don't want to hear from.

I see this advice given out yet the people rarely take it themselves.

Yes they can they just may not have known how.
Click those three little dots next to the report button on your post and you will get a drop-down menu to edit or delete.

Ignore button? I already turned off almost all the BYC email notifications. It was getting cluttersome.
