She’s not getting better with antibiotics

I just got the Tylan mixed it with a gallon of water and she drank a couple of gulps anyone tell me how long does it take to work?

Yes it is, her original vet said she had an infection and had given her the antibiotics he wasn’t in yesterday and the other vet that saw her yesterday said it was cancer, her original vet called me today wanting to try the Tylan.

If it is from MG respiratory infection you may see some improve in a day or 2. I would have tried the Tylosin as well. Let us know if she improves.

So sorry for your loss. It would be very hard to know what it was that killed her without a necropsy. Most state vets do those if the body is kept cold, not frozen. But she had lived a very long life at 9 years.

Yes I spoke with the vet last night he wants to do a necropsy free of charge because he wants to know himself and also because I have other chicken's and he wants to make sure they don’t get sick. Thank you so much yes he said also chickens don’t last that long and she was well taken care of.
