SHE CROWED!

Long story with a twist. On myy way to ned bit I'll 'splain later.
Well, I called to arrange a pickup time and date but, uh-oh... miscommunication. Breeder thought I had not made a decision to take the BAs. His wife sold them. I can see where it went wrong, no harm no foul. So I get a new choice. I can get a Lavender Orpington pullet in a few more weeks to replace the roo that should have been a hen, or I can wait. He just the day before hatched Ameraucanas and Silver Lace Wyandottes. I'm gonna get brave and go for one of each of the newly hatched gals. No I'm not going to do the brooder thing. He will raise them till they can survive outdoors. Then I will introduce them to my gals using a rabbit hutch. Keeping the roo till either the gals are all integrated or Mr Roo becomes threatening. In that case Mr breeder comes running and takes him away.
*sigh* Waiting is so hard. But these will be such pretty additions.
