She has a runny nose?

I have a hen that i bought about a week ago. She has a snot bubble (sorry) on her nose and she seems like she might have a runny nose? what can I Do?

I have a bantam roo 11 weeks old that was sneezing and blowing bubbles out his nose and his face was swollen on one side under his eye, otherwise he acted fine eating drinking pooing running around. Took him to the vet and she said he had a sinus infection. He is on duramyacin 10 for 2 weeks. Already been on 1 week swelling down and no more bubbles so it is working.

She acts ok. She eats and drinks. maby i will call the vet. Thanks
