Hen and 3 babies are in a 6x6 enclosed brooder should I keep them locked in this box or let them out in general population or open the back of the box and fence off a area her and the babies can come out in by themselves. The box is raised so I dunno if the babies can figure out a ramp or not or just take the babies and put them in my brooder and let the hen out if she'll come out. They just hatched today she had 5 eggs one got crushed ones not showing life.

Just hatched, I would keep them in the pen while providing a high protein turkey or game bird starter and water.

The other option is to place them in a brooder and move the hen into the general population.

This is based on the assumption that the hen is a heritage hen and not a broad breasted hen. If it is a broad breasted hen, I would put the poults in a brooder.
