She is 5 months and stopped growing a long time ago. what is she?

Looks like an Old English Game bantam. They are small bantams, which is why she stopped growing a long time ago. Her variety is probably white, as I don't see any red or orange in the hackles, which would indicate that it was a Red Pyle. And, I agree, she will likely be laying in a short time (based off of the color of the comb and wattles). Pretty girl! OEGB are nice little birds.

Thanks. We treat her like a baby because she never grew. Also she has a toe more then the others is that normal?

Thanks. This is our first time with chickens, roosters, and ducks so I just have a ton of worry. Is there a reason why when we bought her she was a little bald and her hair never grew in?

Looks like an Old English Game Bantam (OEGB) or OEGB cross pullet. OEGBs have four toes, not five, so I think a mix is more likely. She's cute! The small size is normal for OEGBs; they're one of the smallest bantam breeds.

i meant the hair but uf you want you can go ahead and post a pic if the toe too, maybe it is just a spur
