She is a she.. right? (gulp)

Not sure how old she? is (just got her? a few weeks ago), and not sure what breed she is (they sold her to me as a RIR but she? is really small), but I am definitely hoping she is a she? She? is so friendly it was hard to get enough distance between her? and the camera to get a decent pic. Hadn't questioned her? gender before, but after looking through the other posts I am getting nervous, would love your opinions!

Its a pullet but could not be more than a year or two old I am guessing.

HURRAY!!!! Thank you all (whew!) She managed to cost me a vet bill in her first week- so she had better lay some eggs at some point. (Actually she is such an incredibly sweet brat she is already worth it).

She looks just like some of my production reds, great egg layers.
She looks to be about a year old.
