Reminds me of a friend of mine who had an incident where a hen had actually been knocked out, but he thought it was dead. He stuffed the body inside an empty feed bag and threw it on the brush pile to burn, where it remained for several days...until someone noticed the bag moving. The poor chicken emerged from the feed bag, dazed and confused, but otherwise okay!!!!
