She keeps hunching and falling over! HELP!

My little girl has finished both rounds of dewormer and is still active. She is eating and drinking some, but isn't eating much. She is still extemly skinny and spends most of her time roosting. Her poo is normal, but there isn't very much. Her crop is allot of the time empty. Any idea's? She will eat a little oatmeal if i give it to her and i bought her a treat block which she shows little to no intrest in. She spends a couple minutes outside everyday. Should I try to give her diffrent food? Should I get her some bird toys or something? What do you guys think I should do? She just isn't gaining weight as I hoped. Thank you for your time!
I sort of contradicted myself. She perks up in the afternoon for like an hour maybe, but then she just rests and roosts most of the other time. She gets up ocasionally to clean herself or get some water and maybe a little food, but thats it. ( I can watch her most of the day most days)

Is her crop emptying completely by morning?

What dosage of Safeguard did you use?

It's really hard to know sometimes what's wrong with a chicken. Did you treat her for Coccidiosis as well?
I used a pea size amount of the paste for 4 days and then again in a week I did the same. Yes, thank you so much for your help! I got this recomendation from a friend who knows allot more than I do about chicken diseases. Thanks again!

Is she back into the flock? I wouldn’t feed her oatmeal, but take some of the chicken feed and add a lot of water to make it into an oatmeal consisitancy. To that you can add a bit of egg, or a tsp of plain greek yogurt once or twice a week for probiotics. Get some vitamin B complex tablets, and crush 1/2 tablet into her food daily. Thiamine can help boost the appetite.

She also has no weight and it is getting cold out so I am trying keeping her inside. That is part of why I didnt put her back with the regular flock.
