She pecks me

This girl pecks me if I don't pay attention to her why she do it.

She might be asking for attention. Does she try to get on your lap? Does she make an aggressive noise when she pecks you? Does she peck the ground and ruffle her feathers?

I have one that pecks my leg until I pick her up.. not hard doesnt hurt...but that is what she does.

I don't find any pushy behaviour Cute with any of my Animals. I'm top Hen, Duck, Dog and Horse..

Yes and you have reinforced this bad behavior by rewarding her when she does it. It is never a good idea to reward bad behavior. You are supposed to be the boss not the chicken.

I'm fine with that and you're not. That's your opinion. The chicken that did that is now dead anyways.
