Spread some treats on the ramp to lure them in.
Put some fake eggs in the new nest.
Put the birds in the new nest and close the door.

Where is the coop?

Actually they are staying in box at night. There is no coop yet. That's why I built new box. I will build coop soon.

Is that new. Straw inside it. Upper cover and door take light a little bit. Maybe ramp is high for them? Can I took old nesting box and force them to use it?

It does take time for chickens to adjust to change. The ramp does look long and steep and most chickens don't mind ramps, but the long steep ones are unpopular. Also Chickens can't see in the dark. If this new box has no windows or light they won't go in it at all. They don't like to enter a dark place from a lighted place. They will lay where they feel comfortable and safe. If they don't like it, they won't use it. Put the old nesting box in the corner of the run and they may return to using that instead. Good luck.
