We've been trying to sex our Wyandottes since we got them. We were told they are mostly boys and if we went with SideWing's link, they are, but we are still holding out hope that they are girls. Two of the "girls" that feathered out quickly were bumping chests and sparring yesterday, so. . . I'm at a loss.

Okay, break's over. Time to guard the fan. *stumbles away*

@RavynFallen Do you think I should put Miracle in with the new babies. I think she is smaller with more wing feathers. The 4 orps kinda hang together.
 
Wife just texted. No losses today, but all chickens in their coops, or hiding in corners under metal roofs. He's been back

There's a big pecan tree in the back yard that starts throwing shadow on the coops this time of day. That's when the chooks start milling around in their yards, and that's when he's showing up. Hope he comes back to play tomorrow...

Go for it... just keep an eye on her about picking, but mine are great with adding different ages together...
 
You know? I was thinking.... After I retire, I will need a part time job where I make my own schedule. I'm considering a Margarita Truck. I will have a PA system and will play Mariachi music. I will drive through neighborhoods and the women in the houses will hear the music, grab their money and run after the truck, squealing with excitement at the thought of the delicious drinky treat they are about to enjoy. Choices would be frozen, on ice, with or without salt, top shelf or bar brand. The daily special will be a "Knock ya' Nekid" for Monday thru Thursday and a double for Friday.

What do y'all think?
