Queshin': How vital is it that you turn the eggs while you are holding onto them, waiting to set?
My best hatch ever was with eggs that were just plucked out of the egg basket on my counter... no turning. Of course they weren't very old. I read a study geared to commercial operation where the eggs were stored prior to incubation (no turning) with pointy end up, and they rivaled eggs that were stored and turned in the normal pre-incubation fashion.
 
@RavynFallen Miracles legs. She has settled down alot with her chirping. We had a chat. She seems happier with chicks her size.

I hatched 5 girls. 3 months 3 weeks old. Mine bumped chests when they were little too.

Good! I forgot to turn these for a couple of days. They are all less than a week old, so we should be okay.
