My best hatch ever was with eggs that were just plucked out of the egg basket on my counter... no turning. Of course they weren't very old. I read a study geared to commercial operation where the eggs were stored prior to incubation (no turning) with pointy end up, and they rivaled eggs that were stored and turned in the normal pre-incubation fashion.Queshin': How vital is it that you turn the eggs while you are holding onto them, waiting to set?
Awesome!I hatched 5 girls. 3 months 3 weeks old. Mine bumped chests when they were little too.![]()
