Im So glad theyre okay! Feel like i dodged a bullet! Coulda cried when i saw theyre still alive and i kno thats a lil extream, but this is Only my second set Ever, and the LG fried my whole last set... I was home and heard them fall, immdiatly caught it but it still scared the livin crap out of me

Chicapee scared us a couple weeks ago with a false bator crash story, guess it had to happen after that... :/
At least it wasn't a full out disaster... very glad yours are just fine...

Thanks, my OH did most of it this time, lol... I usually do most of the coop building and stuff, but this time he decided he needed to do it... poor things have been stuck in a temp pen waaay too long... :/

Well, that is a relief to hear... I've seen some awfully perilous setups bators have been put on, lol... so glad there's no way for my cabinet to get knocked over or fall off something...

I'm actually more partial to seeing Baton Rouge than New Orleans... maybe if I can sell off these freeloading roos I could afford the ticket...

If anyone wants to see reeeeeally tall trees, I live maybe a quarter mile from the beach, as the crow flies. We're surrounded by dead ends, so it's about a mile by reasonable travel.

Lol yes lets sell off the freeloaders! Im gonna have to put a roo down tommorow im afraid. I adopted 4 hens and himself last week, theyre all SO Old, over five years is all the people could tell me. Anyway, the roo is really Really on his last leg, (is it possibly suffering arhritus?!) and i feel creul keeping him when the others would be happier for his demiss.

Love that area... my Uncle's parents had a cabin at Copco Lake(think that's how it's spelled, been a while, lol)... we'd drive down I-5 from the Pudget Sound in the summer for hunting trips...

Had to look up Copco Lake--'tis nearly 4 hours away! It's too far inland for coastal redwoods.
