She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Well, I'm glad you two can hold each other.

Okay, We have the money in our account and are ready to take the plunge. We have switched ponies again and right now we are looking to get a reptipro6000. We have done a lot of research(mostly byc threads) and feel that this is the company and model we want to go with(plus you can't beat that special price). I just wanted to check really quick and make sure no one in here thought that this was a <smart choice.

Please tell me to go ahead! I won't listen if you tell me not to.
Ok, no fooling around. I am a firm believer in Amazon reviews. I had never heard of a reptipro, so I looked it up.

I have not read any BYC reviews, and if people recommend it, then by all means, try it. From the amazon reviews it seemed like the biggest issue was temperature fluctuations, but many incubators have that. It does look to have a big capacity, but I am a little leery of bargain incubators. For that much money, I bet sidewing and Walnut could walk you through building one that may function just as well

Yeah, I really did want to build one ourselves. It just seemed a bit intimidating, plus we have two sheds to build and a lawnmower to fix, along with the usual work and gardening/chickening stuff. We were hoping to get some birds hatched before winter so that we could be ready to sell by spring.

!! Going back and forth, reading reviews and switching ponies is sooo frustrating. Now I am leaning towards the hovabator again.

A sincere thanks for your input. I may go hovabator and then keep my eyes peeled for a free fridge to grab this winter. . . or a reptipro

Guess it's time to go and get back to work. lol

I'm not saying it's a bad choice, I have just never heard of it and looked it up. If you are speaking to people that have used it and liked it, don't let me change your mind. I really know nothing about it
