Honestly, some day I will build a real cabinet for the mechanicals, but I'd rather tweak with foam panels and 1x2s than with a beautiful hardwood or hardwood plywood cabinet. Once everything is where I want it and how I want it, I'll encase it.

I can completely understand that. This is done with BC pine plywood that I had left over from a floor replacement in our dining room. If I had to do it over again I would probably take your approach. The left side of the incubator is basically just a sealed box where I have the electronics and wiring. On my second model I will make this just for incubating and have a separate hatcher. I actually have a broken ice box in my camper I'm thinking about re-purposing ... we'll see.

Yorkshire and Lancashire are like sworn enemies for many a good year. But yes all round the UK the accents are so different. The language too is so different, even in Yorkshire it can be different from area to area.

Sometimes chatting on here I have to think what things are as its so different. Ie Vacation for you is a holiday for me and so on.
