Seems we have lost that spontaneous, tolerant tone that we once had on this thread.  I am very sad to see it go.  The random swirls of topic with everyone's life is amazingly refreshing.

We still have random swirls off topics. Daily. Don't be sad, it's not gone. Amy and I haven't seen each other for a week, so we had some ing to do

Thanks, that is one of my first batch of Easter Eggers in April. I had a hard time deciding which photo to use. This chick was SUCH a fuzzball!

I agree with Amy. I love having more people here. I see that we picked up several new ones in the last week. This thread has gotten so much bigger than me and Amy that I love it. It's a great group of helpful people to always have near the top of "incubating and hatching"

I think she is mourning the loss of tolerance, not the jumping topics...lol A certain amount of the free playfullness has gotten lost and we need to get it back!

Funny thing you should ask!!!! LoL!!!!! I just ordered, today, 12+ CCL eggs!!! She shipped them already and they will be here in about 3 days....so lets say 4 days from now. LoL!!!!

Did I tell you guys I bought Ameraucanas?

I think this thread is more chill than folks think. Some of you missed it last week, but SC used this line to get us off the topics of politics, and I was VERY glad he did. Plus his new Ameraucanas make me jealous.

Little update on my 11 new week old chicks. The folded foot I taped up is in perfect shape this week and the split leg chick is also doing great with the tape off. Walks a little funny and wobbly, but growing and doing well.

I bought the eggs at the 24 hr auction and I'm not sure if I want to sell them or continue them as a project. They are a barred EE project. If I pick the right ones the F2s would be auto sexing, except there is some wheaton in there gumming up the works. I may focus on my Lavender Wyandotte group and not worry about this one.
