Are Monitor Lizards protected in NY now?So I HAVE to share a pic that has nothing to do with chickens. My son has gotten into Godzilla and King Kong and all that and decided he wanted to be Godzilla for Halloween this year. I let him pick his costume and we ordered it Tuesday. It got here today so we had to try it on and check it out and make sure everything worked. So funny watching him walk around in it. I love it. Now he can't wait until Halloween.
LOL Seeing as how they are considered an invasive species if found in America I would say no....lol Especially if they are the radiated form...however, this one is VERY VERY protected.....lol
I leave them until they are some what dry. Yes they knock the others around but I create a barrier with the wet sponges to keep the other eggs safe and the hatched chicks can move around.
Lol!!! That's a reaction my husband would have done!!!!lol!!!!Thanks Ross! DH feels bad when I cry, so he asked "are you sure you want to keep doing all this chicken stuff"? I told him I would feel better if I could put some eggs in the incubator and he threw a dishtowel at me!
