Haha i had a chicken too and he use to do similar things and loved water. one day thoe for no reason things changed and him and the ducks would always have horrible fights so i had to give him away. i still visit him frequently thoe.

My 4 chickens, 2 buff orp hens, an orp roo and a buff plymouth rock hen all think they are pigs/goats

Guess that's what I get for housing them together! I've been afraid to put the chickens in with the ducks since the ducks get let out into a fenced in area lmao I really don't feel like chasing chickens around the yard at night

i remember when i still had my two leghorns with my ducks. i use to let them all roam free in the day and when it would start getting dark all i needed to do was stand on the porch and call there names any they would come running from wherever they were. and they knew when i called them it was bed time and they would walk straight into their beds and go to sleep with no fuss and without me needing to do anything at all
