----when i opened the broody box door she came out , looked arround a bit and did what everyone warned me of--" the broody poo "fluffed herself up and went back in and sat on the nest-..i was concered that she wasn't eatting and drinking , but this took a big load off my chest ....well hopefully only 12 more days to go before the peep show ...

LOL! You sound like me! Stop putting food and treats in the nest box! Otherwise she will never have a reason to come out and you don't want that broody poo in the nest with the eggs. She should come out once a day to eat, poop, and drink whether you see her or not. The food and water trip will also give her legs and wings a good stretch while she's out. It's nice to know for sure that she is getting what she needs, though, isn't it? Have fun!
