Sorry it's not working out. I don't know how much time would be enough, but maybe Sadie needs a new home.

I know it's probably something you don't want to hear, but Sadie may need to find some other place to call home. I've just gone through it with 3, yes, THREE, puppies that didn't work out as a playmate for my Katie. One bit me and Katie, One was just way too much to handle, and the last one tried to destroy my cats. We are going for a 4th and final time in 8 weeks when a little bitty puppy will be joining us. She was just born last Wednesday.
