Shed to coop conversion plans?

Anyone have any examples of a shed that has been converted to a coop? Our plan is to convert our existing shed into a coop for about 8 chickens, and to have a large fenced in area along the side of our property that is protected by a line of huge pine trees.

My coop was actually a garden shed, I just made sure I had plenty of windows and ventilation. I framed for 5 windows, 2 louver vents on the peaks and 2 access doors. Now it depends on what materials is your shed made of (I.e. Wood, metal, plastic?) probably have to modify it to make it work.
