So my wife and I just bought a house a year ago on 3 acres and their was an oversized shed and I really had no use for it. So my wife gets this idea of chickens. So this past spring we got ten.

As you can see in the picture the fence is to low. I learned this as the chickens got older and now fly over hahaha. If I went taller though it would look awful and unproprtioned.

The shed is pretty much perm. And would be hard to move so we worked with what we had. I do need to get some bird netting for the top so that when we leave for the day the birds are contained. Any questions please ask. I will post some pictures.

As you can also see I installed regular Windows for better light and ventalation. Those crappy little Windows that come in the older sheds are worthless lol

It looks great. Have you had any predator problems?

Knock on wood none so far. The shed is very secure. A predator would have to chew a hole in the shed to get in. I am free ranging so maybe a hawk or something possible during the day. I have a wood lot and lots of hedges for the hens to hide in.

Beautiful coop! But I would redo that outdoor fencing at least 6 ft with netting over it. Also chickens like shelves to jump up onto, it makes them feel safe, and some shade.
