Sheep fencing from water

Do you think I should fence the brook off for sheep keeping purposes?

I would. It looks like they'd have a hard time getting out should they fall in. And sheep can die very easily from stress alone.

Well you obviously can't see all of it on the pictures. It's about 3/4 of an acre.
And the sheep I'm planning to get are ouessant, for which stocking density is 10 to an acre! They weigh aboitb 18kg when fully grown!
