When you said you called 911 and got an all circuits are busy, I couldn't believe it. In this day and age they still have that problem,thank God it wasn't a real emergency. It reminds me of that old Public Enemy Song - 911 is a Joke. I am very glad you are moving away from that situation. Good luck to you!!!!

I think you should give them a moving away gift on your last day. Call the cops and tell them about people being there with warrants. Maybe don't call the 911 line, though, they might not appreciate that. Call em up, move out, and dream of vindication from your lovely new house!
