My two hens sit in his nest everyday but they do not laying eggs. One of those laying shelless eggs. Please give me solution of this problem.

Your chickens dont have enough calcium.or your chickens are very stressed. Even though 1 of the 2. 70 percent of an egg is made of calcium. Any lacking in the feeds dose percent will go very rong. What i would suggest is getting oyster shells and chick grit. Those 2 have a high amount of calcium in it
Or if your birds are stressed it's usually common to have those side affects.

hello @Umair yousaf921 ! welcome to BYC :frow
are your birds young? If so, they are trying out the nest and getting ready to lay; it is quite common for the first few eggs to be not quite right in one way or another - soft shelled, or shell-less, or double yolk etc. while the pullet's system gets going. Just be patient - they will come!

Whats solution of stressed hens...

losing feathers - more or less annually they shed their feathers and grow new ones. They stop laying while they are doing that because all the energy is going into feather production. The signs are more feathers than usual scattered around then bare patches on the birds. Some molt quickly, some slowly, some start at the head/neck, some at the tail, etc.
