Shell less eggs

I have oyster shells... What I can do from oyster shells...
If they are small like grain you feed in a separate container... Hens will eat what they need. If they are large crack them up...

Another source of calcium Is Egg shells.... If you have any source... Roast them in the oven till they are dry then pound them up a bit so they are unrecognisable as egg shells.

The reason for roasting is to sterilize.... The reason for pounding is to keep the hens eating their own.

All calcium supplements can be fed free choice.

If you are getting occasional eggs with shells ....

can you break/grind it into edible size pieces for them? If so, make it available and let those who want it help themselves. Instinct will guide those with a nutritional deficiency to consume what they need.
 
My hen laying this... I dont know what is this... Just like fat
