you can see the duck in the back two nests in this picture. He says they usually choose the back ones, which is why he puts them like that.

Thanks Rain, thats gives me more ideas.

BTW you can now by a spray paint for plastic lawn furniture if one perfers something besides those bright blue barrels.
I think a dark green or brown would look nice to blend in more with the ground/grass.
