She's back!

My free-range Sicilian buttercup has been missing for a week. I had resigned myself to the fact that she had probably fallen prey to something. But low and behold she showed back up this morning. She and all the rest of the chickens are now locked in their coop for the next few days.

I know she has a nest somewhere, I just can't find it. And I am pretty sure a few of the other ones have been laying elsewhere as well. So time to retrain them to the coop.

Well I just found out my Buttercup is a HE... so if you want a boy one and are near Charlotte- come and get him!

I don't mean this in a mean way because I know how important free ranging is, but I'm glad mine supervise free range. I would be like a mother missing her toddler!!! Missing chicken pictures all over telephone poles!
