Shes doing so much better BUT

My sweet baby was injured by the hen who incubated it until it hatched but the following day the hen scalped her for whatever horrible reason, but luckily with the help of my rehaber and some very helpful chicken nuggets on this site she's doing so much better and healing quickly my question is what is this fleshy looking bump ?

Really I would say there isn’t a lot you can do unless an abscess or something forms. Typically it’s something a vet would have to surgically address. Sometimes they abscess and vet care is not necessary until that point. When they abscess sometimes they can be treated at home, too, though. Just depends on how bad it is. There are quite a few articles on here about them if you do a quick search.
It could just be an odd skin growth as suggested before, though. I’d just keep an eye on it for now.
